Processing Time Your custom Pride merchandise is made-to-order! Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping begins.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We offer multiple shipping speeds:
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days after production (where available)
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after production (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Domestic & International Shipping We ship within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Carriers Printful uses trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international postal services depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Package Delivery Packages can be left at your delivery address and do not require a signature unless otherwise specified by the carrier.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at femmebarworcester@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged)
- Also reach out to Printful's support team
- We'll work together to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Printful handles claims for lost or damaged shipments, and we'll support you through the process.
Shipping Address Changes Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at femmebarworcester@gmail.com. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Delays While rare, shipping delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
