Product Information We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, colors, and sizing. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of print-on-demand items.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in USD
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice
- Once production begins, orders cannot be modified
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order before production starts. Once Printful begins production, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at femmebarworcester@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Returns & Exchanges Most items are final sale due to their custom, made-to-order nature. We only accept returns or exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect items sent (wrong size, design, or product)
Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please review Printful's return policy for specific warranty periods and procedures.
Prohibited Uses By purchasing from Femme Bar Worcester, you agree NOT to:
- Resell our merchandise for commercial purposes
- Use our Pride-themed products in any hateful, discriminatory, or harmful contexts
- Modify our designs to misrepresent our brand values
- Use our branding or imagery without written permission
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or uses our products in ways that contradict our mission of celebrating and supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on femmebarworcester.myshopify.com are owned by Femme Bar Worcester. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability Femme Bar Worcester is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
